What we do
- Scan for and remove unwanted software
- Check browser extensions and settings, and reset what has been changed
- Make sure updates and security settings are in place
- Advise on changing passwords if anything may have been exposed
- Show you what scams look like, so you can spot them next time
What it costs
A $100 flat service call covers roughly the first 1.5 to 2 hours at your home. Bigger projects are quoted separately before we start, and if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
