- Try to recover lost files, and tell you honestly what is and is not possible
- Set up an automatic backup, to the cloud, an external drive, or both
- Show you how to check that it is working and how to restore a file
What it costs
A $100 flat service call covers roughly the first 1.5 to 2 hours at your home. Bigger projects are quoted separately before we start, and if we cannot fix it, you pay nothing.
Recovery is not always possible, which is why the no fix, no fee promise matters here.
